Council of Ministers' Circular to use technology to carryout transactions and applications and admissions

Council of Ministers' Circular No. MB/3870 dated 4/5/1430H was issued urging all government agencies and organizations to use technology in carrying out all their transactions regarding citizens and residents and in applications, admissions or employments using their websites to register their data and enable them to register for this purpose.
